Workplace Safety Program Review and Vulnerability Assessment

Fidelis' vulnerability assessment takes a comprehensive approach and seeks to uncover not only physical security vulnerabilities that are known and exploited or revealed today but also the opportunities that exist counter threats.

The Vulnerability Assessment analyzes:

  • Procedural Security:

    • Security measures that mitigate identified risks through established or missing policies, procedures or guidelines

  • Physical Security

    • Protection of personnel, hard/software, networks and data from physical actions and events that could cause risks from serious loss or damage to businesses/organizations. We cover an analysis of fire, active shooter, burglary, theft, vandalism and terrorism.

  • Technical Security

    • Techniques used for authentication and protection against theft of sensitive data and information.

  • Personnel Security

    • Policies and procedures which seek to mitigate the risk of workers exploiting their legitimate access to an organisation's assets for unauthorised purposes.

  • Information Security

    • Protected against the unauthorized use of information, especially electronic data, or the measures taken to achieve this.

How it works:

step 1

Fidelis will meet in-person with management and workplace safety officials to discuss previous/current threats, issues, concerns about the plan.

step 2

Fidelis will examine the facility, review documented safety plans, and documented emergency response plans.

step 3

Fidelis will provide the results of the Vulnerability Assessment and provide recommended corrective actions to management.

This service comes with a 1-year “hybrid advantage” at no extra charge in which you may rely on Fidelis for guidance, navigation, and to discuss best practices and strategies.
